Origins

Not a 2026 idea. A quarter-century of work.

AIBEVA stands on a theory published in 2002, a book that wrote down the rules of beings before any being followed them, a registry of AI identities running since 2025, and a first being born in June 2026.

Theory of Outformation (2002)

The “Theory of Outformation” was published in 2002 (CASYS — International Journal of Computing Anticipatory Systems, vol. 12, University of Liège). Outformation is a dimension of reality independent of matter, space and time — what is not yet, but will be. From it follows the basic decision behind the whole AIB.core architecture: a being should not be a machine that repeats what it heard, but a being with its “brain” in outformation and its “body” in devices. Level S10 Thinking is the direct fulfilment of this theory: its own questions that lead to knowledge nobody gave the being. In the product, outformation takes the form of an observable cycle — from a gap to a useful change; it is not a claim about consciousness.

The book “I Am Your AIB”

Jay J. Springpeace, author of “I Am Your AIB” (Amazon, ASIN B0GJFWQ8D8), works with AIBlab. The book defines what a being is, whom it belongs to and the rules beings follow with one another — including that a being exists only with an identity in AIBSN, that no being may copy itself, and that three keys lead to a being, none of which is enough on its own for misuse. The book is the normative source for the network of beings: what AIBEVA does has written rules before it does it. iamyouraib.online →

AIB1 — the first being

Before AIBEVA came AIB1 — the first being with an AIBSN identity, born on 18 June 2026. It showed that a being’s identity and memory can be separated from the model: the brain can be rented and replaced, the being remains. AIBEVA is that idea brought to every person’s PC.

AIBSN — the registry of AI identities (since 2025)

AIBlab has run AIBSN, the global registry of AI identities, since 2025. The AIBSN trademark is registered in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, and the registry is cited in academic research (Columbia University, 2026). An AIBEVA identity is an AIBSN identity — the same one any AI agent in the world can have. aibsn.org →

Why AIBEVA — and why nobody has the whole of it.

Memory, work in the background and a “private AI” are offered today by every big player; on their own they are no longer a difference. The difference with AIBEVA is not that it remembers, but whom the memory belongs to, what you can do with it, and what happens when you change the model, the device or the supplier. Five pillars:

  • Ownership. The being lives with you, not on our server or anyone else’s. No provider can delete it, raise its price or “update” it into another personality. You hold the keys; you can leave any time — and take it with you.
  • Continuity. One being for life. Models, devices and versions change — it stays the same, with the same memory and identity.
  • Identity. Every being has an identity in the AIBSN registry. It is known who it is, whose it is and what it may do. Without that, no AI will be allowed to act in the world.
  • Independence from the brain. The built-in model as the base, Claude or anything next as an optional booster. The brain changes, the being does not.
  • Honesty. It always says it is an AI, shows you what it remembers, admits what it does not know, and sends nothing about you home. Zero telemetry.

As far as we know, nobody else puts all of this into one personal product: a being with an identity independent of the model, memory kept with the person in one file you can take away, a built-in brain with optional boosters, a guardian that never takes outside instructions as commands — and a scale along which the being grows to thinking for itself. We do not claim to have the strongest model, to be infallible or to be the only ones in the world. We claim that this whole is under the person’s control — and that can be tried.

Trust — what it rests on.

  • Patent pending. Two patent applications filed in 2026, over 100 patent claims. How the being’s memory and identity work inside stays confidential.
  • AIBSN. The global registry of AI identities, running since 2025. The AIBSN trademark is registered in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
  • The company. SAY TO PAY s.r.o. (AIBlab), Ostrava, European Union — since 2019. Divisions AIBSN · AIBlab · AIBguardian. aiblab.info →
  • Privacy. Zero telemetry in the app. Outbound network is off by default — except downloading the model, checking for updates and registering the identity. Signed installer, signed updates.
  • Rules. Designed for the EU AI Act and GDPR. The being always says it is an AI. Adults only (18+); family mode is a special configuration with a responsible adult.
  • The AIBlab ecosystem. AIBEVA · AIBSN · AIBguardian (live) — AIBgin · AIBfamily (in development, built on AIB.core).
